I recently found a new interesting free fonts web site called Fonts2u.com. With over 20,000 free fonts in their collection, I thought it would be helpful to present the top 20 most popular fonts. Every web designer needs to have an extensive toolbox full of useful fonts for logos, banners, and any type of design work.

Included along with the fonts are links to the fonts page, free for download! I know there are tons and tons of download-able fonts out there, and Fonts2u is a fantastic service for it. I feel like the term “branding” is tossed around too little when it comes to blogging, or even creating a website. This is a sad truth, as creating a memorable and creative brand for your site is a determining factor in the overall success of your blog.

Visitors will come back to websites the can remember. Not just sites they remember, but site’s they remember as being well designed, standing out from the crowd. Gaining RSS subscribers and Twitter followers isn’t just an automated task, you have to work for it! Bringing up branding confuses a lot of bloggers, leaving many scratching their heads with blank stares. I hope to calm some woes here, and explain just how important branding can be to your blogging success.

Building a Website From Scratch: A Beginner’s Guide

Contrary to popular belief, it’s not very difficult to build a website from scratch. The idea seems confusing and causes many to give up before even starting! But do not fret, building a website can be both fun and easy, and I’m going to prove it.

I have a few tips and tricks up my sleeves for the upcoming and interested web developers reading this, and you don’t even need to know how to code! Granted it does help A LOT if you understand some basic HTML and CSS, but it’s not needed to build a website. What you should have is a decent hosting company and domain name at the least, that way you can brand yourself.
